DESPATCH
Items on the website are in stock for immediate despatch, unless otherwise stated.

I strive to despatch orders as quickly as possible; usually shipping within 2-5 working days. However, during peak periods this may take longer. 

If you place more than one order close together, I will try to combine your orders and refund the duplicate postage amount, but this cannot be guaranteed, so please do not rely on it.

SHIPPING SERVICES
UK and international orders will be sent via Royal Mail. Select the service you require at checkout and the price will be calculated based on the items in your basket and your location.

Royal Mail do not provide tracking numbers for any parcels as standard. For a tracked service, please select ‘Signed For’ at checkout (UK only).

Delivery times
The below is a guide to standard delivery times after despatch. However, this is only a guide and the postal service can be delayed. If your order has not arrived within 28 days (UK) or 6 weeks (international) please contact me. I can then investigate with Royal Mail.

UK: Usually arrives within 1-3 working days, can sometimes be longer for 2nd class 

Europe: Usually arrives within 5-10 working days 

World Zones 1 & 3: Usually arrives within 10 working days

World Zone 2: Usually arrives within 2-4 weeks
